Pirate Day at OES!

Thursday, September 19th was Pirate Day and National Readers ARGHHH Leaders. To celebrate we had a visitor come and read Pirate Crunchers to our class. We loved it!

Researching in Third Grade

We are researching our notes in our Social Studies Unit on Regions of South Carolina. We finished researching and then had to find a way to represent our information. We chose to use a graffitti board (words and pictures) to present our findings to the class.

We have been learning about the different regions of South Carolina and the students learned a song to help them remember the names of all the regions. Here is some of them performing the song!
